SMS Consent & Privacy Notice
ZOSOP uses SMS only for account verification, security alerts, login protection, merchant/account notifications, and service-related service updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and email address are stored securely and used only to operate and protect your ZOSOP account and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
ZOSOP does not send SMS marketing messages through this campaign. For full SMS program details see our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
1. About ZOSOP
ZOSOP is a rewards and loyalty ecosystem platform. By using ZOSOP, you agree to these Terms of Service. ZOSOP is currently in beta. Features may change, be limited, or be temporarily unavailable.
2. ZOSOP Token — Not an Investment
ZOSOP is a utility and reward token for use within the ZOSOP ecosystem only. ZOSOP is earned through loyalty activity, community participation, and merchant rewards.
ZOSOP token is NOT:
- A security or financial instrument
- An investment product
- A guaranteed store of value
- A currency, stablecoin, or commodity
- A promise of profit, return, or financial gain
Do not acquire ZOSOP token with the expectation of profit. ZOSOP token has no guaranteed value and may become worthless. ZOSOP makes no representation about the future value of ZOSOP token.
3. Wallet Features — Beta
Stellar wallet features (send, receive, swap, trustline) are currently in beta rollout. Beta features may have limitations, bugs, or be temporarily disabled. We recommend using LOBSTR Wallet for the best ZOSOP holding experience during beta. See zosop.app/wallet/stellar/wallets for setup guidance.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ZOSOP. If you are under 18, you must have parental permission. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where use of this app is prohibited.
5. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must not use ZOSOP for illegal purposes, fraud, or to harm others
- You must not attempt to manipulate rewards, exploit bugs, or abuse merchant programs
- You must not impersonate other users or merchants
6. Rewards and Tokens
ZOSOP rewards are granted at our discretion and may be adjusted or revoked if misuse is detected. Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated by a participating merchant for their specific program. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate reward programs at any time.
7. Merchants
Merchant offers, loyalty programs, and vouchers are operated by independent merchants. ZOSOP is not responsible for merchant fulfilment, product quality, or merchant business decisions. Disputes with merchants should be resolved directly with the merchant.
8. No Financial Advice
Nothing in ZOSOP constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. ZOSOP is not a licensed financial service in any jurisdiction. Do not make financial decisions based on information in this app.
9. Beta Disclaimer
ZOSOP is provided "as is" during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of data, or that all features will function as described. Beta features may be changed or removed without notice. We are not liable for losses arising from beta feature use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZOSOP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of ZOSOP tokens, loss of rewards, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the lesser of $100 USD or amounts paid to us in the past 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@zosop.app.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via app notification or email. Continued use of ZOSOP after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
