Program Details
How Users Opt In
Users opt in during ZOSOP account creation by entering their phone number, reading the SMS consent disclosure, and actively checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default. After consent, ZOSOP may send SMS messages for account verification, login protection, security alerts, merchant/account notifications, and service-related updates.
Consent is recorded at the moment of sign-up and stored with the user account along with a timestamp and consent version. Users may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any ZOSOP SMS or by contacting support@zosop.app.
No SMS Marketing on This Campaign
ZOSOP does not send SMS marketing messages through this campaign. The ZOSOP Security & Service Notifications program is used exclusively for the operational and security purposes listed above.
Mobile Information Sharing
ZOSOP does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent data, or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers such as Twilio when necessary to deliver SMS verification, security alerts, and service notifications on behalf of ZOSOP.
