Privacy Policy

ZOSOP ("we," "us," or "our") is a smart payment, rewards, and merchant loyalty platform. ZOSOP token is a utility and reward token used within the ZOSOP ecosystem. ZOSOP is not a financial service, investment platform, or licensed exchange. ZOSOP tokens do not represent any investment or financial return.

Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and display name via Firebase Authentication (Google LLC).

Profile information: Optional profile photo, display name, and preferences you provide.

Transaction records: Records of ZOSOP reward claims, gift sends, merchant interactions, and loyalty activity stored in our database.

Wallet data: Your Stellar blockchain public key is stored in our database. Your private key, if managed by the app in beta wallet mode, is stored encrypted on our servers. Your public blockchain address and all on-chain transactions are public on the Stellar network.

Device and usage data: Basic analytics via Firebase (device type, app version, feature usage). We do not sell usage data.

Location: We do not collect precise GPS location. We may use general region for merchant discovery features.

• Connect you with participating merchants
• Send important service updates and notifications
• Maintain security and prevent fraud
• Improve the app and fix bugs

All Stellar blockchain transactions (including your public wallet address, ZOSOP balances, and transaction history) are permanently public on the Stellar network. We do not control and cannot remove data on the blockchain. Your private key, if stored by the app, is encrypted at rest and never transmitted to your device in plaintext.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• With Firebase / Google (cloud infrastructure and authentication)
• With Stellar Network (public blockchain, as part of wallet operations)
• With participating merchants when you opt-in to their loyalty program
• When required by law

ZOSOP does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent data, or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers such as Twilio when necessary to deliver SMS verification, security alerts, and service notifications on behalf of ZOSOP.

We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@zosop.app. Note: blockchain records cannot be deleted as they are public and permanent on the Stellar network.

ZOSOP is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted key storage, and access controls. Wallet features are currently in beta. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@zosop.app to exercise any of these rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via app notification or email. Continued use of ZOSOP after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
