ZOSOP uses SMS exclusively for administrator authentication and account security.
SMS messages are sent only to authorized administrators for:
- Login verification
- OTP verification
- PIN verification
- Security verification
- Emergency account security access
ZOSOP does NOT use SMS for:
- Marketing
- Promotions
- Advertising
- Customer campaigns
- Bulk messaging
- Third-party marketing
Administrator Opt-In Process
- An administrator is manually authorized by the business owner or system administrator.
- The administrator provides a phone number during administrator setup.
- The administrator requests a login or security verification code.
- ZOSOP sends a one-time verification code by SMS.
- The administrator enters the code to complete authentication.
Sample SMS Messages
Example 1:
“ZOSOP Security: Your verification code is 123456. This code expires in 10 minutes. Do not share this code.”
Example 2:
“ZOSOP Security Alert: Your account requested a security verification. Enter code 789012 to continue.”
Example 3:
“ZOSOP PIN Verification: Your verification code is 456321. This code expires in 10 minutes.”
Message Frequency
SMS messages are sent only when an administrator initiates a login or security verification event. Message frequency depends on administrator activity.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the administrator's wireless carrier.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of ZOSOP SMS messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent after opting out.
