If you want to delete your ZOSOP account, you have two options below.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app
Open the ZOSOP app and go to:
Login → Profile → Delete Account
This is the fastest way to permanently delete your account.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to:
Email subject:
Delete my ZOSOP account
Please send the request from the email address linked to your ZOSOP account so we can verify your identity.
Or call ZOSOP Support:
What will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following data linked to your account will be deleted:
- Account profile
- Login data
- App activity linked to your account
What may be retained
Some records may be retained, even after account deletion, if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or transaction compliance purposes. Retention periods are limited to what the applicable law or our compliance obligations require.
